The Floral Park Chamber of
Commerce encourages shoppers, diners and those needing local professional services
to seek out our members when doing business in Floral
Park. Please show your support for those who help make this community great.
That’s why the Chamber is pleased to identify its
members via window decals. This decal allows members to display
their "membership" proudly on a window or door.
A Chamber decal in the window, says that business is a Floral
Parksupporter of local
businesses that support our Community.
Our 9th Annual Street Fair is being held
on June 4th, at 5:00 PM. This is our one & only fund-raiser for the year and

Businesses being profiled each
month receive audio-visual support and a direct link to their website for
maximum exposure. Home page greetings are recorded by profiled members via
telephone and their business thumbnail, with active links to their websites,
are displayed on 3 chamber web pages.
Every year the
Floral Park Chamber of Commerce proudly sponsors scholarship awards to local
students as part of its community service.

The Chamber's 9th Annual
Street Fair had a tremendous turnout on June 4th.
The weather couldn't have
been better. It was a great opportunity to meet your community
organizations, listen to Live Music in three locations with - Festive Food,
4 Jumbo Castle rides, a roaming Clown, Face Painting for the
kids, Bargains - Discounts - and Winners of the Fabulous Raffles.
Chamber President, Sal Bonagura said it best in a
letter to the Gateway; " The success of the Fair was due to the cooperation
of both Belmont Park, the Village of Floral Park and the est. 4,000 plus
residents who came to enjoy the festivities".
Sal, also thanked, Joanne Adams of NYRA, Mayor
Green and the Board of Trustees for making this years event the best Street
Fair the Chamber ever had.
Special thanks go out to our members who manned the
Chamber table: Karen Meraglia, Tom Clifford, Ann Moynagh, Janice Varley,
Barbara Bach, Judy Torre, Tom DeMaria and Jane & Tom Schrafel.
